המתכון מתאים לסיר ג’חנון בקוטר 20-22 ס”מ :
500 גרם מולינו ירוק/ כחול כף מלאה שמרים יבשים 50 גרם סוכר כף מלח שטוחה 480 גרם מים פושרים
100 גרם חמאה רכה
* מניחים בקערת מיקסר את כל המצרכים מלבד החמאה ולשים עם וו לישה במהירות נמוכה כ3 דקות, מכסים ומתפיחים כשעה. * מעבירים את הבצק למשטח משומן/מקומח מעט ומחלקים אותו ל4 חלקים או יותר אם תרצו. * פותחים ומשטחים באמצעות הידיים/מערוך כל אחד מהחלקים, מורחים בחמאה ומגלגלים. חוצים כל רולדה לשניים ומעבירים לסיר ג’חנון מרופד בנייר אפייה/משומן. * מניחים את כל השבלולים אחד על השני בשתי שכבות, אם נותרה חמאה מומלץ להמיס אותה ולשפוך מעל הקובנה. * מכסים את הסיר במגבת/מכסה ומתפיחים כ50 דקות. * משאירים את הסיר עם המכסה ומכניסים לאפיה בתנור שחומם מראש ל180 מעלות טורבו כשעה עד להזהבה או לילה שלם בטמפ’ 110 מעלות.
