עוגיות מטוגנות מהמטבח הטריפולטאי/מרוקאי, דחוסות מעט, מתובלות בניחוח תפוז ווניל ומצופות בקוקוס.

130 גרם קמח mix c

5 גרם אבקת אפיה

כפית מלאה סוכר

חצי כפית וניל – אופציה

גרידת תפוז/לימון – אופציה

15 גרם שמן צמחי

20 גרם מים

ביצה

ככוס קוקוס טחון – לטבילה

סירופ סוכר: כוס מים, כוס וחצי סוכר, מיץ מחצי לימון.

* מביאים לרתיחה את הסוכר והמים, מנמיכים ומבשלים כ5 דקות להסמכת הסירופ.

* מוסיפים מיץ לימון ומצננים.

* מניחים את כל מצרכי הבצק בקערת מיקסר עם וו גיטרה ומעבדים לבצק אחיד.

* מעבירים את הבצק למשטח מקומח קלות ומרדדים לעובי של כ1 ס”מ.

* קורצים עיגולים ובתוכם קורצים עיגול קטן נוסף.

* מטגנים בשמן עמוק, מומלץ ב180 מעלות.

* מעבירים לנייר סופג ומיד לאחר מכן טובים בסירופ הסוכר שהתקרר לבנתיים.

* טובלים בקוקוס טחון ומגישים.
